One Tip I dont see anywhere is that you have to hunt through as many targets since Hunts DMG will incrase by a lot cause of that. Always thought why other DH`s Hunt was so much higher, this was the reason why.
Absolutely true! Spreading 'The Hunt' to multiple targets can be a gamechanger especially in council fights. I chose to stick to the core gameplay and leave some parts out of this video intentionally to avoid information overload. 'The Hunt' optimization being one of them.
@@FelFireGazeTV Jedith did a really good video about that, you don't need to hunt through all the targets, but you have to move quickly into them after your hunt

Hey dude nice vid! What do you suggest taking instead of throw glave? Just reached level 70 for the first time and I usually open with it for the damage buff.
If I read this correctly you mean what spell to open the fight with. Normally you start with 'Immolation Aura' into 'Sigil of Flame'. Both can be cast from range as you approach your target. Both of them also apply chaos brand. If you are talking about serrated glaive, you don't really care about it at start, it will be applied with your first blade dance which will also cast throw glaive. If you don't have the 2 set bonus, you have to manually throw your glaives but this will not last for long as getting 2-set at this moment is easy and should be one of your first priorities. Its extremely powerful and convenient

Trying dh lately I don't really understand how to use vengeful retreat, is it a positional thing or do you cancel the animation during a burst like a combo in a fighting game ? seems like a very clunky spell to use, at least for me....
I see where you coming from VR can be very clunky to use at times. You can turn your back towards your desired destination (or at least a destination that does not disrupt your rotation) and backflip like that, then turn. You can cancel the animation with Metamorphosis Jump or with Felblade, if you so desire. Not always the optimal play but definitely something you can do. Would you be interested in a video all around optimizing Havoc movement?

Question. Why is hunt often used on opener despite the fact it does around 20% more damage from being in meta + furious gaze haste buff. Seems like a no brainer DPS gain
Casting Eye Beam before 'The Hunt' is definitely something you can do but it gets a bit tricky to fit in the double inertia + ESSB + Death Sweep within the demonic window. You would do a single Inertia to buff the ESSB with double Death Sweep and then use the second Inertia later. This would also lower the Inertia uptime during the dot of 'The Hunt'. So you can get/lose damage from multiple sides by making small adjustments. This opener is the most consistent to execute and has been working extremely well for me.
do you think that using the trinket just before EssB would do more dmg?
I don't think so. You will loose the entire trinket buff on EyeBeam and Collective Anguish to only cast ESSB and death sweeps with 1 tick more on the trinket.

Hey is there a trick to avoid jumping back to far after vengful retreat? :)
You can cast metamorphosis right after vengeful retreat. It cancels the animation of the backflip. You can do the same with felblade, but you have to jump outside melee range so that felblade charges you back in

Hi, I have an idea for a short video, that I didnt find on youtube. U should show how to trade cooldowns efficiently as DH on pvp, like, which ability u trade for what on enemys go

dont line up intertia, you waste 1,5 seconds of your first interia window to line it up with the second. not optimal, but ofc its enough for 98% of the player.
