Ana Saavedra Not really. They had a little feud but Gaga vs Katy is a lot more similar to Madonna vs Cyndi. For example both gaga and Katy became popular at the same time (2008) just like Cyndi and Madonna did in 1983. Also Gaga and Katy are both into pop music just like Cynd and Madonna. Taylor used to be a country singer until she released 1989. Finally gaga was the "weird" like Cyndi while Katy relied on her sexual image like Madonna.
Cyndi is so smart when it comes to subjects like that. She is a living legend... Just loved watching Lauper so beautiful in her prime at 63! It's unbelieveble!

Cyndi spoke like a true lady, when you yell and destroy things Noone listens. What does a child do when they don't get their way, they throw tantrums. So if you want to be heard grow up and do it the adult way. A lot of us were devastated when Obama was elected, but did Republicans go out and act like idiots when he was sworn into office, no we sucked it up and acted like adults and protested later in a respectfull way. If any of us had said what Madonna had said we would be in jail, and so should she.

Why are people trying to say Cindi shaded Madonna? she didn't. a lot of people (except for trump supporters) loved madonna's speech but as soon as right wing media focused the narrative on the White House comment, it snowballed. Madonna didn't yell.. and clearly talks about how love should win.

What we have to remember is this wasn't a coup. Obama the Teleprompter wasn't overthrown in a sudden violent seizure of power. He won fair and square against a strong opponent. Trump for better or worse is the real deal. Sure, no-one's perfect, but Obama golfed more in his presidency than anyone ever did. He broke the record in golfing. But what else did he do? Oh yeah. He's the King of the Dropping Drones. Nice legacy.
