Police, community accompany Sgt. Bill Hooser's casket back to Santaquin, Utah

- SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (KUTV) - The casket of Santaquin Police Sgt. Bill Hooser, who died in a hit-and-run crash on Sunday while in the line of duty, was accompanied back to his home city from the Utah State Medical Examiner's Office on Monday.
An ad hoc procession that included hundreds of vehicles accompanied Hooser Sunday when he was taken from the scene of the crash in Santaquin to Taylorsville for examination.
Monday's procession was pre-planned, with those details announced by the Utah County Sheriff's Office on Sunday. As expected, an even greater number came out from across the state to pay their respects.
