I love tripe. The first time I had it as a kid was in Menudo, a Mexican soup. In Spanish, cucumber is pepino.

That long leaf herb is called sawtooth herb or culantro....that flashback of you guys eating pho was absolutely hysterical and so cute him squeezing lime in your pho bowl for you.

For the lime or burning eye never wash with water it exaggerates the fire to burn harder, but I use olive oil and immediately wipe it over my closed eye. The olive oil never burns and it takes the fire out. 🙌🏼

Suggestion for Jordan, if he likes lime so much ( from seeing the video, he kept squeezing it in his soup) he could just dump the lime in the soup after squeezing it. Thats what I do and it keeps the lime flavor longer. Just a suggestion!

Tripe is great in a dish I grew up with called Menudo.
Have never seen a boiled egg in pho before...I've seen the raw ones that they toss in the broth to gently cook, but it's still mostly raw...that's interesting and different, for sure. LOL
Next time try heating up the bean sprouts along with the pho :) so it gets “cooked” … tastes much better that way!
