Some restaurants here in Denver even refer to the fried ones as "spring rolls". Those are okay, but I prefer the fresh ones with rice paper, shrimp, fresh veggies and a spicy peanut dipping sauce that are called "summer rolls!" I am at the point where I just love Thai food, Vietnamese food, and anything that's made with so many fresh vegetables and herbs and spices. It's healthier for me, and better for my budget than fast food.
