What killed new gameplay content this year was when they only release one person’s animations per 45 days. Let’s be real, it’s getting worse and worse every year in terms of new animations.

Need more original players in the game, 85% of the community has the same play style watching TikTokers/YT'ers and mirroring it. 2K is an elite game but it's the community that's the issue. Thats why i feel like play now online is on the rise, because there is more fresh dynamic there. If you have your own style to playing the game, I feel like people enjoy it. But if you're copying someone else's style, and repeating the same moves etc. I can see how they will not enjoy it and that's not 2ks fault.
How can you have your own playstyle if only 2-3 moves work ?

SG - 2 way mid range slasher
C - interior threat (Shaq)
C - 6'8" glass cleaning interior threat (Ben Wallace/Dennis rodman hybrid)
When I play with people who know how to play basketball we blow people out.
When I play with the average 2K player I end up quitting or lose badly.
There is no reason why they shouldn't be able to have 4 parks with different sliders so everybody can have what they want, and a matchmaking kiosk so we can choose our teammates in-depth. We also need custom Park lobbies with the ability to ban glitchy animations. Then we need a reserve system where people that quit or throw games can be subbed out but you can still grind MyCareer while on that reserve list. Then they need to bring back the 2k10 insider guy and he need to force dudes to do drills in order to get back online.
This is the dumb shit. Sounds good in theory but not possible to execute. Every game has a meta and that should not be removed. Different parks with sliders is dumb because everyone will gravitate to the one that’s easier to play on. NO ONE PLAYS MYCAREER. The sub system is interesting but would be ass if you got put into a game while getting blown out.

The dribble moves weren't restricted back then and we didn't move slower there will always be meta but if u restrict moves and speed off your gonna hate the idea now. However it was super successful. Had park player stage players rec players my career guys cage players every body went where they liked and nobody complained. Shit so lame now 2k needs to with what works

The thing with Jynxzi and R6 is that Siege is still a fun game although It does have problems with cheaters. 2K's execution of certain portions of the game is what lacks overall in the game the last few years.

I won't be buying another copy of NBA 2k. Matched up against former NBA player Hollis Jefferson in the rec, and cooked his team. All of a sudden before the game ends "error occurs that prevents gameplay". Mind you he had a 99 ovr Kobe build that was glitched. Hate to see a game I've been buying for over 15 years be so compromised. Smh.

2k feels like basketball but you can’t progress because even if you do get better at the game there will still be some op move and when they try to change it they just keep adding new moves I feel like there is no skill level to the game.
They add new dribble moves so people can have diverse play-styles but once the “community” finds the op new dribble moves that every CZcamsr makes every year everyone follows them because it’s easier to play that way than playing with your own dribble moves and play style.

Center builds with minimum close shot and minimal post control. No post scoring bag whatsoever just standing dunk 😂 I hate the game but I’m too invested to put it down. I wish there were actually different playstyles. COD patch the shit out of overused guns, why can’t 2k just balance their animations so people actually do different things
@@minovictorit's not even really the animations so much as the game speed. I bet money you can still get busy but the game speed is so ass it's hard to combo up especially with A Defender spamming.

2k is clipped.. 24 is a bad game for many reasons.. I actually thought Crossplay would save the series.. nah its the same rinse and repeat every yr.. pro play was gassed for what??? ppl use 3 moves literally and speed boost.. literally 65-70% of the animations are not useable for a person to pick up the game and have fun.. Builder is trash and how many yrs do we have to listen to ppl say 2k 15-17 were the best?? Ppl be living in the past, it took over 30 mins- 1hr just to load them parks up lmao 2k only gets played because its the only sim basketball game on the market.. Cant wait to get NCAA Football later this year so I can run a 30 yr dynasty and run it up in that transfer portal.. Not gonna say i wont buy 2k25.. But for sure not getting that BS Day 1 just to get capped down AGAIN.. Its about hit the 9-10 year point of 2k not making a game that is widely claimed as "Good".. let that sink in for a bit..
Me personally in terms of grinding the game 2k lost that after 2k20 was released cuz from 2k14-2k19 there was always some area of the game to grind and once 2k went in the direction of tryna make the game more interesting in terms of visuals rather than gameplay is truly a let down. Like NBA Live 19 has more courts/parks to play on meaning you can streak on one court and then move to another court and plus NBA live gives a reason to grind with the rewards you get animations are all ready there ready to be unlock as your grind 2k really needs to take note on how nba live does it bc whatever this is it’s not gonna help when most of the content creators and long time players end up leaving the game
lol people are silly playing the game if you don’t think you gain rewards for your grind… sure there’s terrible repetitive season rewards but grinding your overall level from rookie to vet is absolutely rewarding… the amount of animations you unlock at starter 3 😮💨🙌🏾

it will only get better if it gets competition, simply because it doesn't need to people are still buying the game and spending even more on microtransactions. But if they were to get some actual competition and not just a shitty NBA live game(there hasn't been one since NBA Live 19 anyways), some competition that innovates then that would push 2K to actually care about there game again.
Other dribble moves don’t create space..they nerfed the ankle breaker badge to the ground. Jamal Murray behind the back not op.. maybe if other dribble moves created space ppl will switch up their style of play

You get +7 all attributes and truly that is NOTHING. You basically get to be an actual 99 overall and not an 88 overall when creating a player

used to get A+ grades on my jumper with a 48/52 split, played a game and my shooting felt off, remade the jumper with the exact same parts, had to go 77/23 to get he same grades, my jumpshot actually got changed between seasons by moving the requirement, never saw anything about that

They tried to make this game more skilled based. Problem with that is that they made the shooting extremely hard and kept the dribbling arcade like. Now the only ppl that like this game are dribble spammers that perfectly time their shots. No originality, no pick up and play fun. No real basketball.

Tbh I don’t think so. We have to run everywhere just to play a game, get clothes, and practice. It takes 200k+ just to get your build to an 90, which you’ve to buy cause ain’t nobody going to grind that. The season rewards isn’t worth trying to get to level 40, nor is the rep system any good. The shooting and layup green window is retarded, if I have a fully green window, why is it disappearing? They’re literally making the game hard to play themselves. I know it ain’t go matter to them but I’ve lost complete faith in there company and last time I’m getting this game.
Let’s not get started on the jump shot creator. Since when did it matter that my three and mid range have to be to a certain grade to get a jumpshot ?
