Just got one myself upon my very first paycheck!
I no longer feel as paranoid or nervous on my commute to and from work by the bus and subway anymore especially going through the hood!

P23i is my go to. I like the throw, but if I needed a purely blinding tactical flood throw combo absolutely p20ix

Ive got 2 of them, my favorite also I've got the one it replaced too,I can't see much difference in them.
As is shares 4 led,you would make 2 of them with dedicated wide lens & other 2 with dedicated long thrower,a hybrid lens/reflector,& set dedicated mode for long throw & wide beam shot.& lastly in turbo all of them working at the same time..thats kind of my idea for a edc tactical flashlight

I have 2 of your torches, and they're great, but i keep seeing torches and finding 100 reasons why i should buy em when i can't afford them 😭😭. I want to upgrade my MH25s to the MH25 Pro. I have the T4k too for 24 7 use but for those special nights in the wilderness i want the P35i 3000. Now i want this! You guys gotta generally stop making stupidly good torches for litterally everything. 😅😅🤣🤣🤣
Is this good for self defense against 5 attackers?
No, this maxes out its usefulness at four and a half attackers.
I would say that the no1 reccommendation should be the p20i with 1800lumens because with 1800 lumen does not get hot so fast as with the 4000 so you have more time to “play” with full power. And also the beam of the 4000 is too wide so in short distances or inside a building is very tiring for the eyes because it lights up everything also near your eyes. And in long distances does not focus well. So again i will go for the p20i as the best overall flashlight!!!
That's not a bad choice either, we are also big fans of the P20i, gotta know your roots!
I had the p20i, gave it to my gf when I got the p23i, if you have it set to daily mode it caps it’s tail cap activation at 1500 lumens. And can access turbo if needed. This mode also has memory. I’m glad they did this, as 3000 lumens is not always needed, especially when you are using it in different applications. But for tactical applications it’s great to have instant access to turbo, different modes is a huge plus.

How long does it last at 4k lumens before it steps down?
This uses ATR tech so it will sense the environment and step down quicker or slower in order to not overheat, although the average is usually around 30 seconds

Can’t you replaced the instant strobe into turbo instead? Nobody really use strobe
There is an instant turbo, just hold the pedal while the light is on!
1200 lumens is more than enough to blind a person so I got the MH12 V2 but maybe ill get this one too as back up
