I understand Layis frustration but lets just calm down. Pesseiro hired his son and his goons to assist him. Did we ask about their experience? And we still reached AFCON final... Lets give these guys a chance. As long as they're competent, we can be hopeful. There are coaches in the PL with similar experience that come in to the team and within a matter of months, they're been looked at as potentially top coaches. These guys have decades of experience even if not at top level, the experience is still there. Everyone just needs a chance to prove what they can do
Im more worried about Amockachi presence in that team. Left to me he should not be among the backroom staff.

Findi has noting to offer we all know but just been patriotic and optimistic. The truth is when things are not done properly the result is always not guaranteed. Finidi was just chosen by thieves like amaju pinnick. They want someone they can control, the nigerian football institution has been entirely politicized

From my knowledge of the game, when you hire a coach, you allow the coach to come with his backroom staff. In an ideal situation, Finidi George should be allowed to come with his backroom staff. NFF does not have any business with the appointment of the backroom staff. Thank you.
Finidi chose the backroom staff. The only person appointed by the NFF was Amokachi
Why not pick one of the coaches in the league as assistant instead

I’m skeptical, mainly because of Finidi’s back room staff, James doesn’t instil confidence and Amokachi is just incompetent. I’ll still back Finidi and his team, hoping they can put things right, because there would be no excuses nor second chance.

Let’s assume $15,000. Peseiro’s was probably $50k monthly. Does Finidi have the technical prowess to properly read & problem solve in games, tweak the team in 2nd half when we are losing ? Can we play dynamic football with him as head ?
That’s my concern. Hope they’ve already sorted out his technical crew too. I don’t think it’s easy to win NPFL but the super eagles is Nigerias concern o. World Cup ticket 😅. Peseiro started bad, maybe we should give finidi a chance. The hiring process is over even though I didn’t see anything exceptional in those games with regards to game management, game tweaking etc
