OG! I've been down with Absolu for a minute and it is absolutely one of my go to fall favorites. It doesn't get the love Profumo gets but I have to tell you, I get way more compliments with it than I do it's more popular sibling. Thank you for the work you put in. Much appreciated.

I love the original and still wear it in warm weather. I may try this, but my favorite fall/winter scent is Spicebomb.

It's most definitely a compliment magnet. I was expecting a more woody scent. I'm not too fond of it but, it's hard to argue with the compliments.

I might be down with this one. Although, I prefer body oil cologne, the one thing I found over the years is that aromas with earth tones and leather compliment me the best! Anything outside of that falls flat. Thanks for the review 👍.

I will see if my supplier has this in Oils. I don't recall checking it out, but since O.G. mentioned it, I will check it out. Fellas back in the day for me...Grey Flannel, Lageifield, I liked Colors, but it had no staying Power at all. Today... Blue De Channel, & John Paul!

I've had this scent and purfurmo. Absoul sticks to me more and I got a ton more compliments with it compared to purfumo. It's my go to scent.

How is this compared to Rasasi Hawas? For my beginner nose they sort of in the same range in terms of smell. Though I have worn both but didn't get any compliments at all.
Good review Jeff. I actually got a whole bunch of samples from Nordstrom to try since I have allergic reactions to certain scents. I first bought Gucci Guilty because I loved the scent. After a couple hours pounding head ache, sinus burning. The Armani Agua Di Gio, Absolu, and Pour Homme all made the final cut. I have 5 more samples to try then I make my choice. Your vid helps. I'll let you know my final verdict. Peace Brother!

This is a great fragrance I love the sweetness but if you have not you need to smell absolute instinct. I rocked it this summer hard, I love it so much I bought 5 bottles. That's says a lot as I own many fragrances.

I’m not a modern fragrance guy, but I like Absolu the best out of the Acqua Di Gio line (haven’t tried Profondl yet). Woodsy and resinous with a soapy opening, and not a juvenile sugar bomb. Salute!

What's happening Style OG? I agree with you 100% the projection is very moderate and it's not BEAST at all but you will get noticed if ur walking by fasho-fasho!!!! I can smell this fragrance only two hours after I spray it on my skin, is it normal for this fragrance? I have another Armani fragrances, but the longevity is much better then from this one. 😔

Dissenting opinion. Its crucial that you spray it on you and form your opinion from that. I bought this and Profondo simultaneously this past weekend. Was down with Profondo from sniff one, Absolu, not so much, but I got a good price for the combo. The base notes after an hour or so really weren't doing it for me, so I was thinking of giving the Absolu to my homegirl's scent-challenged husband, but this review is giving me pause since the ladies like it.
That can be said about all fragrances..
