Good launch with the OPC. Surpized with the result with the Colt [my old car], which is a quite lighter vehicle

Best car. ❤
loool the Starlet!!
Hey man please more videos vs all race
There will be more videos
Hyundai should sort out that "axle trump" on launch. I have owned all the Opel Corsa and Astra hot hatches and Astra Coupe , and none of them had that problem. The first car I drove that also had axle trump problems was the Golf 4 Gti with the 1.8 T 20v . It was on a drag strip and I pulled of to the side because I though an engine mounting broke.
Driver started i20N with "lauch control" option (yes, i20N have launch control, corsa for i know not) - its have to much power to FWD, so "whell hop" is very possible...
@gvr6079
And that is part of the axle tramp problem the engine and gearbox and lower control arm mount's aren't stiff enough .
That and the spring rate in the rear is too soft .
These are all key components of limiting axle tramp on fwd vehicles but manufacturers make car's to be nice to drive every day , not a straight out track car .
@@davidgriggs3967 In 1995 i owned a Opel Kadett 200TS ( SA only model with Vauxhall Calibra Turbo 4x4 power train and gearbox ) but only FWD with LSD. It made 190Kw and the suspension was definately not in the spine breaking class of todays hatches. Never experienced wheel hopping.
It just need a stiffer engine mount and it’ll stop the stock one is to soft for comfort reasons
Replacing the Pirellis with Michelin PS4S tyres made all the difference for my i30N. Might be the same here.
Sådan Bornholmer 😌👍🏼
how do you change gear so fast? no rev hang?
That's no problem changing gears that fast.
@@6040bornholmer i have an i20n myself. can´t figure that shit out. you had the launch control ON ?
I used launch control in some of the races
@@6040bornholmer don´t you find if chaging gears at 5000 rpm you have to lift throttle way before you press clutch?
@@ramirocosta1 nope
Little missile is this thing, nice to see it wasting the VXR
