Confidence is good for executing your plans, but Itâs definitely going to take more than just confidence to land another kick or a KO against Usman. Because thatâs the only way heâs going to beat Usman is a KO/TKO. His last fight against him he was losing every round I believe until that last round kick. Gonna be a great fight thatâs for sure.
I honestly donât know what to expect from Leon. I think heâs gonna come out much stronger in this fight. That Salt Lake City card was so weird with everyone gassing out so badly.
What kills me is how people are still acting like usman is gonna walk through him. Its like they live on another earth or forgot that leon starched usman.

As a physician, I can say that the negative effects of repeated major weight cuts is not insignificant, and regardless that these fighters are elite athletes. The UFC needs to adopt ONEs approach.

There's something about the one-on-one nature of wrestling that makes it unique among sports. It's not about relying on teammates to help you succeed, it's all about what you can do on your own.
Same can be said about boxing , kickboxing , muay thai, etc

It's easier when you only rely on yourself, you have full control. In team sports a part of the control is lost. There you need leadership qualities on top of everything else. A fighter does not need to be a leader.
