What a stunning koi dealership. Great hospitality from the owners Donna and Darren, some of the UK’s best koi and a venue that’s hard to top!

Agree, I use Absolute for my dry goods, visited in 21 and if you had budget for high end that’s the place to go, best location and layout I would say Oaks koi stunning Japanese theme. Then there’s Queni and KWB which are must visit. But can’t beat visiting any dealer

Fantastic visit Dave, and like your opinion I totally agree. I have been using Absolute Koi over the last few years (visiting or online), and that means travelling just under 2 hours (4 hour round trip)from Cambridge. Their customer service approach, advice and the products available is superb. Anyway glad you liked the trip. Keep up the brilliant content.

I would agree if you are in for the top quality fish and prices,Sadly some are out of the reach of some..

I did ask on a few of the jumbo Tosai and was pleasantly surprised at the fair pricing. The big stuff…… I didn’t even ask 😂😂
I’m pretty sure that Darren and Donna own Profi drum now - they were distributors previously

Been there that chag is amazing and he did say his wife won’t allow him to sell it , bought a dainichi karashigoi doing great and growing

It is difficult to grow and exhibit in the same pond for a long period of time. Do they have as many ponds for growing up in the backyard as NARITA does?
This is just a uk koi dealer. Barista I’ve only seen online but wow - an incredible setup that is different to anywhere in the uk. Would love to visit one day.
@@edenkoipond If it becomes standard practice for dealers to grow and sell KOIs over there, a lot of the problems will go away. At the moment there's only the KWS Ricky over there, but that's the standard for dealers over here. It's the same in Vietnam and Thailand. They are all competing to grow KOI and add value. Dealers who just import and sell will be weeded out.

They don't stock any small fish which I found surprising.
They do in the polytunnel outside, they had loads last year, bought a karashigoi, it's doing great. Looks stunning
The smaller tosai (still quite big) are in the poly tunnel. I know what you mean though, the smaller tosai you’d usually see aren’t there.
South West Koi is a very impressive place to visit but I have to give my local dealer a shot out. Rainbow Koi have always been great for everything koi.
Always gotta look after your local koi dealer. Mine are great to me. I’ll give that south west koi a lookup. Have a great bank holiday 👍🏼
