- Alleged getaway driver Adrian Bean continued his testimony on Friday, launching into a rant about how he doesn’t remember anything and is tired of being on the stand. Bean then asked the judge if he could excuse himself, but the judge denied his request. The rapper Young Thug is facing RICO charges and is being named as the leader of the alleged YSL gang.

At what point does "...do not recall..." become perjury? It's pretty obvious that the witness is only saying "...do not recall..." as a method to purposefully avoid answering questions...meaning, he does in fact recall and is intentionally witholding information from the court.
