I like how any number of seemingly innocent noises, such as somebody clicking their tongue, or something somebody just said echoing in places it shouldn’t, or even jingle bells, can elicit PTSD in one specific population of one specific state
Dude i read this and made the choice to share my headcanon with you. What if the reason everybody LIVES LONG ENOUGHT to GET more then one PTSD trigger is that the whole of sandy shores and the surrounding regions are trapped in a fucking groundhog day time loop but instead of the loop reseting every day it resets every time a paranormal/timeblip/dementional breach/supernatural/natural disaster event happens and with every loop reset the residents remember what happened in the loops that came before more and more faintly untill history repeats itself in a new loop refreshing the memory/trauma of the past loop where this happened and just for the icing on the cake due to the unstable time line focused on sandy shores the fabric of time/space is fucked which explains the time travelers from both the past and the future it also explains the fucking dimension hoppers like the guys from the steampunk post apocalypse who showed up in the city looking for scrap and fuel

@@breannamcgonigal5048 tbh I just figured that the entire island of San Andreas is sitting on top of a reality hole which is constantly unstable and as for the SCPs I think the foundation knows about the rip in reality which is why the state of San Andreas doesn't exist on maps.
Simply because it's easier just to let it do its own thing as long as it remains in the state and is not expanding.

Being a part of the RP was awesome, the whole time we were covering up that there was a Apex Predator killing people and taking their eyes with the storm. When we ties nick up to the post, that was the funniest thing in a long time that I have experineced. We eventaully rubbed BBQ sauce on his face to make him more tasty then we put a bomb on him to blow up the predator LOL.

Someone made a comment about the clicking being for echolocation, and it makes sense. It uses its mouth to make clicking noises, and uses its eyes to actually “see” everything the sound bounces off from. It uses its hands to take a persons hands and eyes.
This could potentially give the creature a weakness too. If you don’t move, it may think you’re an inanimate object. If you make noise, however, it’ll “see” your noise and still kill you. If it is overloaded with too much noise from many directions, it won’t be able to see anything momentarily until the noise dies down, and if the frequency is too high it’ll be paralyzed for a little while. Think the movie A Quiet Place, but a nigh-invincible entity instead.
This would also explain the past paced clicking before it kills. It's simply confirming the target as it chases you... which is terrifying.
So basically the quiet place type situation but with one monster/creature and not hundreds.

This character is very interesting, it can only detect individuals using only sounds by using its clicking noises, like that creature from a quiet place.
Idea: You and Pro should go into different populated areas dressed as cowboys and do a classic western standoff.
the scp foundation should roll in with chinooks any time there are anomalous creatures in the server like this, and categorize them as scp's.
