they are separate entities tho. piglins are the ones who like gold and have the brutes
And pigmen and zombie piglins are a little diferent so this video is not completely right with current minecraft

and the piglins are the ones who trade for gold

It would be cool if somehow you staged a rescue mission to rescue everyone who is stuck in the nether.
As cool as that would be, I can't imagine how much modding would be needed to get it to work. Somehow you'd need to turn all vegetation into either a Crimson Forest or a Warped Forest, barren patches into Nether Wastes, Soul Sand Valleys, or Basalt Deltas. It would have to be away from NPCs, and closed off so no one can enter from outside.
Honestly, I can't really see that happening unless jmw decided to do a continuation with a custom Arma mod, since Arma seems to be much more open for modding than GTA V.

Idea: Have player's perform a mass riot where the PD struggles to keep control of the city
I really like when the "monsters" (in this case pigmen) can die, but there's always more of 'em. Makes the players feel like they can do something about it. Compared to invincible monsters.

Have a continuation of this, where there is a rescue operation to try to go to the nether and attempt to find the kidnapped people or kidnap new people. Create/find an place that could work as nether like area, and teleport people into it.

The SCP foundation exists in certain videos so that kinda takes place of this. But i do wish it was more prominent. Not necessarily only the SCP videos but also investigating other abnormal rp situations

Pigmen are actually neutral mobs, so if you hit one you will be running from a hoard of them for hours.
You could do a sequel to this, you could have the people that got taken in the portal come back as like pig-man lord's that know how to control them, if that makes sense

Sometimes even if a portal is fully destroyed on the overworld it stays unlit in the nether so a ghast can shoot the portal to reignite it.

I love how a bunch of the people kidnapped to the nether began narrating their new lives in chat, with a couple building houses and making peace with the undead piglins while one was just wandering the nether all sad by himself.
Hopefully, JMW does a follow-up where these people return and have to readapt to the normal world.
This has to be my most favorite Minecraft based RP video of yours! I loved how people reacted to the pigmen friendly and tried to befriend them xD you should do Endermen sometime! That or Pandas (since they're neutral but attack when hit as well, maybe you can have them sneeze slimeballs on people or something)
