I've had one a couple of months and it's great. One thing I wish were different is that the riser should be a solid block of plastic. This would reduce the volume of the chamber for smaller items for more speed and efficiency.
1:12 you cut the lifting straps, then at 1:38 "How do we get it out?" 😆
Those are good to save for moving the machine around.

Try putting your fresh sausage in the freezer for a while before vacuuming sealing, it will keep the shape. You don’t need to for smoked sausage but it helps with the fresh. I actually have that same unit.

We got ours a year ago from them and we love it. It does it all perfect and no problems with it at all. Instead of holding it down use the bar that's what it's for.
