      @@MrJonathansb There are similar ways of working for many situations where you have controls you can click on. It's the event driven programming paradigm.

    I struggle to even find the "Palette" Window. Maybe you could start by opening it?

      If the palette has been closed for some reason you should be able to get it to appear again by using the menu, Windows->Palette. If it has been "docked" that should also open it, but when it loses focus it will hide again. If you want to undock a window, find it (if it is not obvious use the Windows menu again) - then right-click on the tab that has its name on and choose "undock". I hope that helps.
