Hi Joe, It's like my Honda ST 1100. This bike did not sell well in the US but today some got one and love the bike. Got mine for $1800 and put it back into a dependable, smooth riding bike. Still working on it. Great ride and love having a seven gallon fuel tank. A little tall for me but shaved the seat, Put a bend in the kickstand and tall boots so I can ride it now. Ride safe. Norman.

To this day it is one of if not the most reliable harley ever made. Everything you mention wrong is easily fixable. I have a 2010 fat bob myself. It's Def a fun ride for sure.

Try using Seafoam cleaner for several tank loads. Got my V-Rod gauge working again.

Western Pennsylvania. I was born here, lived seven years, then moved 1/4 mile away and lived here 65 years and still here. After 35 1/2 years working in the steel mills retired then my wife and I worked in the movie industry as background actors. Also did TV. Norman.
