    You should try to get a Dell rx 6500. it's a very obscure OEM card from dell. it's like an underclocked 6500xt on the body of a 6400 (it's low profile too) but it's faster than the rx 6400 for less money. there's not a single youtube video about it only a few reddit posts. I ordered one yesterday from ebay. got mine for $70 but they seem to go for $80-85.

    office pc or workstation pc plus a video card, bus powered or low watt 6pin or 8pin, theres thousands of LEGO combinations that you can put together, i suggest leaning towards the cases that are full size because that way you have a ton more options for video cards, make sure you buy an AC DC Watt Meter, read the power supply label, make sure your watt meter is not getting too close to the max under a game load. If you like to tinker or want to experiment some of the oem boards can be moved over to a custom pc case, some of the boards you can purchase adapters. Whatever floats your boat. As far as performance and asthetics thats going to be a very personal issue for every individual. Its your PC so build it as you see fit, then rinse and repeat with the next build.

    • @maurvir3197
      @maurvir3197 Před měsícem

      Yes. I'm doing that right now with an Optiplex 7050. You will need an adapter to turn the second PSU on with the system or it will send power all the time - the GPU won't care but the HDDs will wear faster.

    • @maurvir3197
      @maurvir3197 Před měsícem

      @@sleepyjerky2013 There are small boards that plug into the motherboard connector of the second power supply and short the power on line using a relay. I don't personally use one because I am only powering a GPU that the original power supply can't handle. In my case, I shorted the line permanently and use the power switch to cut power when I need to turn off the PC. Fortunately, GPUs don't seem to care what the sequencing is, but I usually turn the GPU power on before the PC power. The relay card automates that for you.
