October 17, 2018. *PLEASE NOTE* It is strongly advised that you DO NOT access Dzogchen teachings if you have not had "Pointing Out Instructions" from a qualified Lama (either in person or via a LIVE stream).

Lena, I want to learn Tibetan I tried to learn how to read it a while back got passed the main pronounciations but got discouraged becuase or the 3 layers and the fact that some words are pronounced the same of 3 different words with different spelling for example. Can you please suggest the best way to learn Tibetan? Was there a school you went to learn it or can you suggest how to learn it as self taught method if that was your approaches. I don’t know what would be the best way to learn it.
Just stay with some groups who speak Tibetan
