whats funny is that even rockstar themselves have "forgot" stuff under the map like fences.
but sometimes it makes sense, dark0 when making the manor couldnt remove some trees because it didnt let him, so he just moved them way under.

he moves the chairs underground because if he removes m it can break stuff. because gta is just weird like that. like remove one chair and whole server breaks. except sometimes locals spawn on those chairs. so cant blame tobii for trying not to break the server..

My understanding is if you delete or remove any GTA original props/AI. It may cause serious performance issues. I could be wrong, he should of dragged them further down so in that why you can't hear them

Actually incorrect since its a modded content and not rockstar made content. Delete the chairs and tables would cause a increase in lag and crashes due to AI not having proper pathing.
