Great video right there. Just a clarification on marriage certificate. Whether one marries in church, at the attorney general’s or Khadhi courts it is a legal document issued by the government through religious entity

@@alinelovi6399, my clarification was that the certificate issued in church is a government document. The government (at least in my country) licenses church ministers to carry out weddings. So the church certificate is a legal government document.
I realize it may be different in other countries.
You are correct,a marriage certificate is a standard document,it doesn't matter how you wedded. They are all signed and stamped legally

When you receive your second notification letter, you need to confirm your interview date and when you confirm the date, you will receive your confirmation letter

Hey. Thanks for your video 😊 could you please tell me more about non criminal record from China ? I heard that you need to get one from each province you’ve lived in. (I stayed in three , 2-3 years each). Also I read that there’s a specific one that the US consulate in China requires to proved. Would appreciate if you could help with this question.
Yes dear , you need one from each province.
As for the format, that will depend on we’re you translate them, when you go for translation make sure you ask them to do the USA format

It depends on how old you were when you left, if you left at 18 years old and above, you’ll will need the criminal record from Guyana, but if you were younger, you don’t need it

Hello lovi, you said you were living in China before moving to the US, these documents you are talking about your identity did you process them from your home country as you were not living in your country. Example police clearance and marriage certificate, did you get them from the Chinese authority or from home?
What if your confirmation page is missing? Can't you appear for the interview, and can it affect your chances?
hey can there be an exception if you don't have a birth certificate. and i hear they say you must have a lot of money in your bank account so that you are not stranded when you get ther. also you mentioned about the thing marriage after been selected, so you mean its possible to get married even after winning to lottary

Now just for clarification, the certificate of good standing/ police clearance certificate needed as requirements, what if person is back in home country but has not been to first visited foreign country for 15 years, do you still need to go back there for processing police clearance certificate.....
Try to find it, or ask a friend who lives in that country to go get it for you. In case you don’t get it, you will explain that to the officer at your interview

My full name is Naveed only one in the passport, my last name is not there, but DS260 form was an option to mention the last name, then I have written NAVEED NAVEED and my age is different in the certificate and it is different in the passport. Because I have reduced the age one month the age is reduced in my passport it is issue or not?

I'm also a DV selectee currently living in Shenzhen China, did they ask for the high school diploma or the university diploma? I have a master's degree, but I don't have a high school diploma.
Yes they asked for it at the interview, if you don’t have your high school certificate with you try to ask for it back home
@@alinelovi6399 I don't have a high school diploma, I went to an institute and then to two universities without a highschool diploma, I have a master's degree now. some people have a PhD degree, but don't have a highschool diploma. it's OK when they call me for the interview, I will tell them, if I get rejected, it's not a big deal, I already have a high degree and a good job. they said at least a highschool diploma or a degree that can get you an admission at a US college. However, I can try, there is nothing to lose, it's just an experience.

But I have got only one one or two questions.
1) if some people got married and have already played the Dv lottery so while they are wting for the Dv results they met something wrong and they have even decided to divorce etc..
After they results of dv lottery come out, one of them succeed and he decided to go. So the one supposed tobring all only the divorce document???? Or he has to bring all both documents, I mean wedding certificate and divorce certificate????

This will depends if those names are same on the passport and on your academic documents
1. e.g @Hellen Trinnah (passport) and @Trinnah Helllen on your (school documents), there’s no problem. But if your names are different
2. e.g @Hellen Emily (passport) and @Hellen Trinnah on the other documents, there’s a problem.
3. Another case is; if your names on the passport is @Hellen Trinnah Emily and on your Academic documents it’s only written @Hellen Trinnah, that’s not a problem .

You should have been honest from start, unless you were not legally married then and you decided to marry legally before filing your DS260 it won’t affect your case

That policy was changed, now after you submit your ds260, you just need to wait for your interview then bring all your documents for once and for all

But if you want to go with your child only, you don’t need to get married, you just have to fill as single with a child
