19:27 i like how you held the page below the camera so no matter who was watching, they could feel like you were actually pointing to their skin type. It’s a subtle thing but a lot of ASMRtists don’t do it and they just generalize the viewer

My skin happens to be 100% iron. One time this guys tried to assassinate me, but the bullets did nothing against my iron balwark! Needless to say I think my skin is perfect and pretty.

I have severe eczema and have been to many dermatologists since birth, and can confirm that you're actually quite accurate in the questions you ask :D good job!!

You have no choice
A real dermatologist will NEVER mock you. They should be friendly and professional. They've seen everything, so they aren't inclined to mock. As someone who's been to a few, they've never been awful to me.
LacePendragonReads I had a horrific dermatologist once who made me feel like a walrus due to some skin tags I had after my first son’s birth
Abby Baer I am going to personally hunt down this dermatologist and set them on fire. There’s nothing wrong with skin tags!!
I finally went to one after my skin suddenly seemed to go out of control. One of the major things she suggested was a fragrance free cleanser (Aquanil) and a fragrance free lotion (Curel) for face and body. She also told me to NEVER EVER use makeup wipes. After making that switch my skin was almost immediately better. She also gave me a couple of prescriptions for antibiotics and a cream for scars. I’d say it’s 100% worth putting yourself out there to feel better in your own skin (literally).
Watching this again in 2020 hits a little different:
Gloves, keeping hands clean, and “any sources of stress?” ... 2019, you had no idea how well this was going to age haha

Great ASMR filled video Lucy! Very informative RP, realistic, & I wish you had been my Derm Doc before I started getting various types of skin cancer. Now I use Neutrogena SPF-100 when I can find it! Isaiah Albers only if you have something that can cause skin problems, I had stage 4 kidney failure and had a transplant, so I have to go to them yearly

Dr.CC, my skin gets really red when I use isopropyl alcohol to cleanse my face after I wash with liquid dish soap ( mild to the skin ) then use pure olive oil imported from Italy as a moisturizer! What are your thoughts Dr.CC?
