I'd look into bee therapy if you're not allergic or affraid of them. I've seen research suggest the frequency bees buzz in has a positive effect on those with PTSD. 🤷♀️❤️🩹

This is so so good! The talking and typing and paper sounds combined are so good. You could do this with any topic and it would be amazing. Spa treatments, hotel stays, booking a vacation, or sales. Love love love!
