Sir my company provided permanent WFH but from last 6 months I am working from office because they says performance issue. Can I refuse to go to office. Is there any legal action they can take. Please reply.
If it is mentioned in your offer that your profile is wfh.nobody can stop you working from home.reach out to the hr tell them you are forced to come to office and you can take any legal action if you have proof of wfh.but 1st tell this to hr 1st

I am working in atos. My role is to support their no need i feel to wfo for project but they are calling me office.
I don't want wfo.

See if in your project wfh was just implemented for covid stlituation than sorry my friend i dont think they will consider you to work permanently from home.the best thing you can do is ask for extension and search for job which is giving wfh.

Is TCS gives permanent work from home ?
Tcs may ask to work from near home location but wfh not possible.I got news people should report to base location by september end.not confirmed news but for some projects they got call
