We use Scientific connections through inquiry right now and i don't love it. Its not was scripted as i would like which is a bit annoying because then it puts more work on me. This one seems more grab and go. I can totally see how it would be a little annoying having three separate books though. Is easy on your part to have the lesson and lab ready?
It is easy for me. I don’t have to do anything but see what supplies we need for the lab. Which is laid out at the beginning of each experiment in the teacher manual.
I honestly only need to open each book and read. Which is part of why I love it even if it has 3 books :)

That looks intense for book 2!!! It looks a lot But awesome!!! We love doing experiments verbally as well!!!
It can be a lot but mostly just cause there are so many books but the information is presented very well for a second grade level. My oldest (8) is always able to understand the lessons ❤️
