My brother used to make these. My only suggestion to him was to add baking powder and salt. It'll cause the pancakes to be fluffy and have a bit more volume.

Of course, that would change the name to 'Four Ingredient Pancakes." 😊 But, the idea sounded so great that I had to try. It didn't work for me, however, because the baking powder refused to play nice with the other ingredients. It wouldn't mix evenly.

I just try this it was delicious. I topped it with strawberries and blueberries with a teaspoon of maple syrup. YUMMY. ❤
