Amazing video Simon. Thank you
Great thanks, I would like to know Simon's diet for last 20 years. The guy looks extremely healthy and muscular
Dried beans are as hard as rocks and break your teeth so no way is anyone eating them like this. I've had improperly prepared red kidney beans which weren't soaked before cooking on vege nachos at a conference back in the 90's( they didn't know u had to soak them first) which gave me an upset stomach, but that's the only issue i've ever had in over 30yrs of eating beans.
This is quite interesting Simon. Thanks. I should also point out while larger scale well controlled trials are still required on this, it is purported that lack of or lower amounts of the two oxylate eating gut bacteria: xalobacter formigenes and Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium bacteria species, which are often lacking or found in insufficient numbers in the guts of kidney stone vs non kidney stone formers my also play a contributing role in the development of calcium oxylate kidney stones.
Is it ok to slow cook whole grains? Or do they need to reach 100 degrees as well?
Wouldnât it be great if Dr Gundry and Simon could put aside their âfood belief differencesâ and actually arrange to meet for a conversation about this hot topic? What we continually get instead (from nearly all contradicting âhealthy nutritionâ parties / CZcamsrs) is presenters either monologuing (like Dr Gundry), or talking with allies or preaching to the converted.
Sally Norton?
You shouldn't eat uncooked beans. That's pretty obvious.
Is this a monologue?
đi am laughing because uts all Doctors who are anti plants. They got it wrong because they studied medicine (drugs) not nutrition. No wonder thry have no clue. They're promoting carnivore diet
