I'll always hate how they character assassinated Alex Mercer and how they gave him the most evil ass plan ever. If I'm remembering correctly the reason he kidnapped Heller's daughter was so he could biologically impregnate her and use her DNA in combination with blacklight to take over the world. I don't know I might be misremembering.
The og proto devs left out a concept for p2 which was Alex operating at a genius level and him having plans and the protag is supposed to figure it out, well it's kinda realized here but they gave him the worst possible plan

Modders: I have access to the files of the game, I can use AI for voices, I can generate a script with GPT or novel AI if I don't want to make one of my own. I know how to code, I can make an entire new game out of it- and nowadays it can be mostly AI doing the heavy lifting. I can even start a GoFundMe to getting money to do this. Nah, I'll make Alex become fat.
