However, in my previous videos, some viewers commented that it is a good practice to prevent an accidental short circuit that could fry the laptop when working with it. So that's why I have been adding that step to my more recent videos. Personally though, I have been lucky.
I would like to do that but my acer nitro doesn't have the plug where you put in the upgrade cable. I have the an515-43 version. Any ideas?

45, 46 and 47 are identical. Only the CPU, GPU and ram are different.
Any tutorial that works on one of them, works on all of them.

my new ssd didn’t come with screws to fit it in place. where do i get those screws from ?
They came with the laptop inside a plastic ziplock bag for me.
