Yeah, this is the area we've been researching. RDU is an expensive area. Might as well buy a new home with these prices.
Wait!!! We are totally disappointed with this development, OMG. Too expensive for what they offer. Where is the tub ... NO TUB - over $550K. One car parking in front of garage (hse. too close to the street). Just wait till kids get cars, the street will be a parking lot. An HOA nightmare, if parking overnight on the street isn't allowed. I'm glad you showed us this... WE'RE out., not looking there anymore. Thanks.
