It's remarkable how little the medical community understands and acknowledges this. I had a 2 level cervical fusion 3 years ago C4-6. A year later dizziness, vertigo, nausea, fatigue, blood pressure/heart rate variances, throbbing at the base of my skull started. I swore it was coming from my neck but the dozen or so medical professionals I consulted with said that these systems don't come from anything dealing with the neck.Beyond frustrating.

C3-C6 here.. throbbing that radiates from the base of the skull over the top and to the frontal lobe with occasional blurry vision and imbalance. Just finished P/T for BPPV which all alot of these physicians can come up with when they don’t know. I’m looking at PRP and this atlas issue along with the weakened ligaments that I’ll discuss with a neurologist via a telemedicine call in the morning. I hope he isn’t one of those people who wanna go straight to a scalpel instead of these types of non surgical options cuz I’m not having it. 😅

May I say he was very patient with me, especially his assistant, Heidi, who was very nice and patient as well regarding answering all of my questions... I was very hesitant with signing on as a patient because I didn't have the type of insurance that was needed, but at this point I didn't care cause of the severity of my problem.... Dr Jeffrey has technology I didn't know existed, just so precise.... I'm really grateful for his time that he gave and I'm really looking forward to seeing him on my next visit and hopefully he can point me in the right direction. Strengthen your cervical muscles and your issues will likely resolve, it’s the muscles that are attached to c1 that effect its function, weak or imbalanced muscles will pull the c1 out of alignment, and if your atlas is twisted to one side the adjustment won’t do anything at all because the dominant muscle side is holding the atlas out of place
So isolating the weak side with strength training wil pull it back you akignment

Thank you. This looks identical to my CT with contrast except my styloids are not as long. I have been having dystonic seizures at night. My left jugular doesn’t show at all on CT but on ultrasound it can be picked up below the thyroid slowly draining but only when upright. There is no flow when recumbent. Did this lady have Ehlers danlos? I do. Did she have pulsatile tinnitus (I do)? After the atlas Orthogonal treatment you said her left jugular increased in diameter. Do u know if her transverse sinus increased in diameter? My transverse sinus is very hypoplastic. Did this lady have collaterals on the left? I have what looks like a bowel of spaghetti just below skull base- a huge network of collaterals. I’m really wanting to consult with you. Concerned treatment might sever a collateral or that my c1 will just rotate back. It quite heavily rotated onto the left small side. What sort of symptomatic improvement did this lady have? Did she continue to require more adjustments?

I am a tattoo artist here in Canada, my head is always tilted downward and slighting tilted to the left to see what I’m working on. I have a lot of pressure in my head, neck pain, unsteady on my feet, pain where my cervical spine meets my skull.
Do you think I could have an entrapped jugular as well? Which has shifted my atlas?

Do you think Is it possible for a really swollen lymph node to be trapping the jugular vein and reducing flow? Or possibly something to do with TMJ that could jam up the flow somehow?
