    Integration at the end of the sprint for system demo, then how the whole SAFe is agile, you should be able to integrate frequently , please share thoughts

    • @traininghorizons269
      @traininghorizons269  Před 4 lety

      Thanks for asking it. You are absolutely correct to have system demo at end of each iteration or sprint. These ceremonies are part of PI Execution or Iteration Execution. I am working on content for video part 3. I will publish it in next few days.

      @goodgoinghopefully Před 4 lety

      @@traininghorizons269 thanks for reply , will wait for the next video but please check the question carefully , how you integrate frequently , the question is not on the system demo but integrating frequently so that we are true agile , if the integration /system demo is at the end of sprint then there is no agility. Is this what SAFe proposes than SAFe is not agile . An example is for maintenance projects which requires frequent checkins and integrations, may be daily or once in 2 days . please share.

    How to implement if there are more than 1000 members in a team (per safe its 50 -125), please share?

    • @traininghorizons269
      @traininghorizons269  Před 4 lety +1

      Hi Anil, Each team can have 7-11 members. Each train can have minimum 50 members ( 5 teams) and maximum (125)12 teams. To start with Implementing Essential SAFe, I have seen teams starting with less than 50 as well. If you have 1000 members you are running large solution or you have multiple portfolio's. Please check video part 2 at my channel. I have explained what is large solution or portfolio solution. Hope that clarifies your question.

    Agile does not mean “fast” or “quick”. Agile means agile. Easier to pivot. Agile is often slower to deliver that waterfall. Yes, it adds value quicker. This is a fundamental point that many people misunderstand and that your video does too.
