    I used to enjoy your intense practices, but since I have been dealing with some breathing difficulties I was encouraged to try more relaxing classes. I hope that I'll be okay soon. However I won't give up on these lovely classes. Thanks 🙏 Love & Light☮️

    I’m recovering from losing my aunt and my Mom. It’s been hard to return to the mat - opening more to all of this, and accepting it all.

    I broke my back, 3 lumbars, & 2 broken ribs in Feb, I haven't stopped doing your workouts even when the Drs advised me not too. But my back & ribs are all healed & I feel stronger than before. Now I can get back to enjoying my 5 amazing children & life on the land with horses. 🤗😇🐎

    So wonderful I really enjoyed the wild thing variations - reminded me of a bit of a side plank movement for the obliques. The Pigeon variation to go deep into my glutes actually really opened my hips as well. This is exactly what I needed to begin my day. I hope you are enjoying the beauty of Brasil!     Hi, I have been doing your arm exercises for a long time now..since the video came out & it's great..i also follow all your meditation videos.. you are truly the best..I cannot bend well at the moment, I wonder..do you have a video or advice for length/lower body strengthening please?     It's been a really long time since I last used my mat and practiced a mindful yoga sequence. This was challenging but I'm so happy I took the time for myself, because I'm forgetting.
    This is one of the few things that I can control and I'm proud of myself for sticking it out till the end even when I took a break in the middle.
