I thunk it’s called saijan leaves.....we have it and eat a lot of it in Fiji as well....we mix it with seafood and lots of coconut milk....but it’s a process....nevertheless a very delicious and nutritious meal...

Moringa is grown in Mauritius too,it grows simply everywhere ,and we use the long stalks as well,I can actually get the stalks of moringa from Asian store in Stoke on Trent ,in French we call it brede Mouroum

I've sautéed ginger with the onions and garlic and a chopped tomato. Add shrimp or pork and the end add the spinach or ampalaya leaves (bittermelon) then before serving I'd top it with chicarron (pork rinds) and tinapa (smoked fish flakes)

I usually sauté onions, garlic and crabmeat and add to cooked mung beans with coconut milk. Sometimes I will add mussels, ohhh so good! I love hot, so I too will add pepper in my bowl, smash the heck out of it, 😋😋😋😋😆😆👍🏼
