Generally , the fault tolerance for EC2 instances are auto scaling , placement groups , Multi AZ , Elastic IP , LB , EBS volumes

Sure. I already have close to 5+ freshers interview that went well. The only issue with freshers interview is that they surrender at very low knowledge level. So you can't go deep dive with everyone. So I usually select slightly knowlodgeable folks so their response can add value when you guys watch it.

Salary is very relative thing. depends on various factors. Can be 15 Lacs to 35 Lacs range...
