Looks like Wolf is starting to gain some confidence. I hope he continues to get better.
As a habs fan i got to say that wolf was looking great
Great game for Wolf. Hope the team finds more consistency and take the last wild card spot
🙄
You gotta give it to Backlund. Consistent year in and year out. Congrats on 200.
نانلهيغب
Wolfie doing some good.
Congrats to the Flames & especially Mikky Backlund on reaching the landmark 200th goal, nice to do it vs the Hab's, the Calgary public will love him for that!!
Huby is such a great passer
Throw Wolf another bone a strong game tonight still 6 points out of that last wildcard spot fighting with the Blues the Wild and Vegas i sure hope they have the games left to get it done.
dawg the s4x bots in the comments are invading 💀
Where tf did they come from? They’re literally everywhere
lets report them
Me so horny. Me love you long time..

I am highly aroused.
Wolf is the next Kipper 🔥
Who the fuq is KIPPER?
@@jonathanlegthigh8264 just say you're casual buddy. Don't embarrass yourself like that again.
@@bacon5944 I know Kipper is Miikka Kiprusoff, cake boy - I think I was just pointing out what a stupid nickname it is ... uh...which it is...Kipper? What a crap nickname for a meh goalie.
@@jonathanlegthigh8264 Alr calm down "cake boy" that's his main nickname and he sure wasn't a meh goalie. at least you know him
@@jonathanlegthigh8264 What a stupid comment LMAO
Awesome score Calgary vs. Montreal---- best puck scores!!!!🇺🇸🇨🇦🇬🇧🇩🇪👯✌️👄👁️
What a great game for building confidence! Wolf stood on his head and the Calgang did a great job both creating opportunities for themselves AND taking advantage of the gaps in Montreal's defence
One very small moment that stood out for me was at 8:43, where Miromanov faked a slapshot to stop the MTL player from contesting the puck at distance; cool to see him get awarded with a goal for that little move
You are WRONG, NOT The Flames played a great game, but the Canadiens played a very Bad game!!!... Thanks to Matheson!... He played for the Flames...
The team loses when they played well enough to win (and vice-versa). That penalty call on Slafkovsky was the key turning point. Other difference makers were bad penalty killing by the Habs and Dustin Wolf was really, really good. Overall, nothing to be ashamed about. The entire team have played better than the Flames tonight except for Matheson and Guhle. Quite successful on the PK over the past 6 matches, still not been good tonight killing penalties. The Oilers on Tuesday at Rogers Place. Start of the Western Canadian road trip.
The Canadiens give away the puck in crucial zones WAY too much.
Ie: Savard in the 3rd period, Caufield in the 1st (he does this often)
Yeah that call on Slav was brutal.
Great game.boys keep it going
The Canadiens' defense has a very very long way to go.
GG Flames 🔥🔥🔥
Let’s go Calgary
WHERE???... Into your head!!!

Mikael Backlund and the Calgary Flames win over Nick Suzuki and the Montreal Canadiens 5-2 🏒🔴🟡🇨🇦🔥
Calgary Flames went up to 33-29-5, while the Montreal Canadiens fall to 25-31-11
I paused it with 0.1 seconds left so Habs never lost.
Pssst, primeau, you don’t have to make the crazy save if you aren’t constantly out of position.
4/5 of these goals is Montreal not being capable of watching their man, 4/5 of these goals were scored from a guy getting very little pressure. You can blame it on the goalie if you want, I will blame it on the defense.
@@f-twelve7155 I agree but Primeau's biggest issue is that he sometimes abandon the net
@@f-twelve7155very true, montreal fans do this a lot. Hating on the goalie, when their players are not skating and fighting enough in their own defense zone. For example Slafkovsky does that. He is a lot of times a little bit away from the guy, that he then chase.
@@dominik_6991 For me the biggest weakness on defense is Matheson, he's good offensively I'll give him that, but that guy makes so many mistakes every game on defense for what we call a veteran. Slafkovsky is still young and learning, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, but Matheson is unexcusable.
@@f-twelve7155I don't focus on matheson a lot but I noticed mistakes from him, but I noticed he is good in offense also. Maybe he needs someone realy defensively dominant in his pair. Type like Chara. It's good to have offensive defenseman. I just think Montreal needs to step up their overall defense to be competitive with the best. And I've noticed fans blaming goalies, which is really pathetic.
I think Caulfield is hurt

why do the fans look so un amused lol. They aint even standing when a goal is scored
A lot of them were habs fans
I was there and at least half the building if not more were habs fans lol
Backlund 💪💪💪
yea, 200 goals foe 15 years in the NHL works out to 13 goals a year. I guess that is a star on a Flames team lol
@@terrybible1545why are you habs fans crying so hard in the comments right now. It’s one loss, not changing anything for you guys this year or next year or ever.
А вот и Восставший из зада тимоха со страпонами нарисовался.
Two canadian teams
Cayden our defense will get better...shake it off and next game will be better buddy GO HABS GO 💕
i know daryl sutters is angry that those LAMES won!!!!!
Montreal was pathetic They looked like an AHL team. odds are against C;algary catching Vegas for the last wildcard spot. The Flames have played 1 more game and are 6 points back, Best you focus in the 4 year REBUID ahead of you.
YM was pathetic, still IFYM
/tinyviolin
Unfortunate😢
French people suck I just gotta say
To all the people still doubting St-Louis's coaching skills. This is what the team look like without him behind the bench. I hope you guys will be more grateful in the future.
when you say you guys, you mean the players?
I've reduced my Canadiens/NHL consumption to just the highlights and now I have to say even that's not worth it. 🤮
That 3rd goal by the Flames was a bit fishy. Crash the goalie in the paint then pass off to the open side while still on top of him. Oh well, helps the tank and the top line is still playing consistent and strong which is nice.
Primeau reminding me why ... why i only watch highlights.
Anything more would just be too painful.😂
IDK if Wolf was a factor a couple posts early changes everything and some non elevated shots made it easy for him. Some glaring things stood out for me and too bad I had hoped for something different.
Joshua Roy does not have the foot speed to be effective he is imo a long time AHL'r and Harris is not good enough ok as an injury fill in but he doesn't have any HQ skills and is a bit slow with decisions better than Barron was but still a slow thinker.
RHP is a smart hockey player people tend to only look at goals and assists but when I watch RHP he makes few if any mistakes always good decisions.Caufield is not a first line player he struggled badly because when things don't go his way he gives up the puck steady he is very one dimensional.
The second goal was VERY typical of Slafkovsky he plays with blinkers on and only watches the puck and imo the only reason he even reacted on that second goal was because he heard the sound of skates going past him a guy he had right off the faceoff but then let him go and didn't pay attention defensively.
On a positive note I did saee a lot of good hockey from the Habs quite a few passes were connecting some lucky but still some good reads but I would like to see more shots and less cutesy passing.
RHP fought hard behind the net then went to the front of the net and they scored and Gallagher was doing the same getting to the net instead of standing still in the corners like Cole and Slaf do a lot.
That is Slaf's biggest concern in the offensive zone he stands still way too often but when he keeps his skates going he is more effective.
Montreal gets the smack down rock bottom with a Macho Man top rope Elbow drop to finish them off
Remember when the Habs were good?
No. Nobody does.
YM did, thats y the entire HABS team & IFYM, lmao ting little MF Bruno-Pierre GFYS Lavoie. look 7, look 9, look none
So you long term memory is so bad. You can't remember things from 3 years ago. Typical hater hahaha 😂
It’s was 3-0 tonight for Flames and Leafs. Only one team walked away with the W 🤣🤣

THIRD CALGARY GOAL GOALIE INTERFERENCE....REFS?????
Yeah you're stupid. 😭
Then why didn’t they challenge it?
goalie made the contact not the skater.
Clear intent to injure. Should be a 5 game suspension!!

Nah I think we lost
okay
Thanks for clearing that up for us. The box score and highlights had me confused at first..lol
To those that THINK Wolf is good Arber's shot from far out blew past him he wasn't even close to saving it but it hit the post.He did the usual goalie stuff go down often and hope pucks hit him.
Yes that one shot totally proves he doesn't know what he's doing. You have totally changed my mind with your amazing analysis.
He's a tiny goalie.

goal #3 calgary is goalie interference no???? bro had his ass on primeaus head, in the blue zone... i dont get that man
Yeah but his ass was there first & the goalie drove into it
goalie made the contact, not the skater.
The Flames are not really good, but the Canadiens are playing BAD!. Matheson is no longer desirable in this team, he lost because of his mistakes, two matches already!!!... For now, this is real!!!...
