You may want to state the the number 13 is in Centimeters. Those of us in the United States will be thinking in inches.

For a woman do you measure the bust or above the bust but below the arms? It makes a difference....

Hi Federico, I think the right calculation is 114 -[(90+80)/2] = 29 👍 So, your jacket is compatible 😉
If the result is -29, it's just impossible to zip your vest...
