i guess im one of the few ppl who actually like Ginny's character. Her character is written well and yes including the parts of her that makes her ungrateful and selfish. Tbh having a mom who raises you to have a good life is good and stuff but her having to move almost all the time didn't rlly give her the chance to learn anything which just led her to literally stop caring bc she knew she was going to have to move again. She finally found a decent place to call home and didn't want anything to ruin it. Dont get me wrong, Ginny budding in and saying "well i've been having family problem this whole entire week as well" etc was totally uncalled for. Abby needed someone there for her and no one was available for her. I love Ginny but i relate to Abby a lot more. also tbh i think Ginny should find someone else. Marcus is better off as a friend towards Ginny. Marcus understands where Ginny is coming from more then anyone so thats one. If they do get together I wouldn't mind though. For hunter- it was just forced love tbh. Ginny was trying so hard to love this guy all for show. Ginny and Hunter were forced together but she did try to at least be there for him.

I don’t understand why everyone hates Ginny and glorifies Georgia. Georgia is TOXIC as FUCK. Denying Austin mental health help, throwing out all of the food in the house, ya know… murder, etc. Ginny might be annoying but she’s also a little girl lol what were we like when we were 15 years old? Besides, she’s really been through it. She’s screaming out for help and nobody is listening. Every time she harms herself it’s because Georgia has triggered her. Their relationship is so completely unhealthy and crosses so many boundaries. Not to mention Georgia is a MURDERER. Like why are y’all okay with her going around and killing people. I understand she had it very, very hard growing up. Many of us have. We don’t murder people though 😅 there were times in the show were I truly felt that she didn’t love her children at all. That what she felt was obsession and possession over them, not love. Then there were moments where you felt her love so intensely that it made me cry like when she finally found out Ginny had been self harming and she held onto her and told her to give her all of her pain, that she could handle it. That had me bawling 😭 anyway long story short, Georgia absolutely has some redeeming qualities and I do feel that she got better by the end of season 2, but all that she put her children through is inexcusable and unacceptable. I mean she has caused irreversible damage to those poor kids. Austin witnessed her murder somebody and thinks it’s completely okay. The psychological damage she has done to those kids is tragic. I think she does love them but she absolutely does not show it in an appropriate way by any stretch of the imagination.
