What a classy home - I’m taking notes for a future home build. Love the layout and footprint. I would probably shuffle four downstairs rooms within that layout (move dining to kitchen, kitchen to family room, family room to formal living, and formal living to dining). Love all the fixtures and finishings... almost wouldn’t change a thing 👌🏼
I love all of the details in this home -from the use of minimal carpeting, wood and marble flooring to the ornate sinks and counter tops. Truly classic! I also like the landscape -very appropriate for the size/style of the house

I absolutely LOVE the kitchen, butler's pantry area! The home is beautifully and tastefully done, yet is definitely family oriented. I would enjoy it being built on a few acres of land. Is it possible to find out where they got the beautiful chandeliers throughout the home?
I watch most of the real estate videos on CZcams. Your direct approach (no nonsense) and knowledgable elaboration to the details sets you a bar higher than the rest of them. This house is probably the best I’ve seen yet because of the consistency to the style throughout and the well measured dimensions to each room (no too big, not too small).
Hey Enes, so as always you did a really good job at choosing this house to showcase and also walking us through it. It was very elegant, even the exterior. Although I have to say that I am a little wishy washy when it comes to painting brick white. I grew up in a brick home in Chicago that was not painted so I guess I'm just used to it it being natural, but it works on the exterior of this home. The only other time I liked white painted brick is when my friend here in New York remodeled his condo and added a white painted brick accent wall in his living room. It was just an accent wall so it didn't bother me much. But I think you made me like white painted brick. Kudos to you for that. Also, I loved the checkered floor in the foyer, and I loved, LOVED the white paneled walls, but I thought that the chandelier was a little understated. A space that elegant needs a crown and that chandelier just didn't cutting it. 🤔 The office was perfect. The screening room though, OMG... I would live in it. I'd be afraid of staining the beautiful white fabric, but that wouldn't stop me from kicking back and binge watching some good TV and movies. Oh, and the sconces in the hallway leading to the living room and the kitchen were dated, I thought. But that's a very easy fix. Overall, the house was fantastic. And before I forget, the kitchen was my favorite room. I would make some damn good food in there. Thanks again Enes. You brought us another really good one! 👌🙌😉
This has to be my ultimate favorite home of all the homes you've shown ❤!!!! It's absolutely gorgeous and cozy and I'm totally in love with the kitchen, it's not overly modern it's just simply breathtaking!!!!!!!!
I love it. My dream home is a colonial styled home. My family lived in one when I was younger. But I could never imagine such a perfect blend of old and new. All the modern touches blend well with the colonial style.
I can just see myself living here, making a home 🤩 it has everything & is absolutely beautiful. My favorite room is the master suite yet the kitchen is to die for !!
I had to take a second look at this house like I do many of your videos. This is really a beautiful house. I think the kitchen appliances may be a little spread out but that cool. I love love love the outdoor fireplace off of the bedroom. That could make for beautiful romantic nights. Anyway great tour of a beautiful home as always. ✌🏾

Wow! Enes I feel for you and the team...this was a lot of house to cover! I was out of breath just watching it but I loved how you made mention of all the relevant details and gave a bit of personal insight as to what you liked for yourself. I loved the brass door hinges/handles throughout the entire home! That little detail caught my eye. Not to mention the light fixtures (fave), tiling/flooring, upholstery and interior tidbits. All around such a well thought out home! My favourite part of the kitchen was the white glazed subway tiles by the stove and stainless steel and brass vent hood. The ceiling in the kitchen looks so glazed and shiny also! The appliances panelled into the furniture/cabinetry is always a neat touch. Balconies were cozy, outdoor area and backyard was lush and functional! Wow wow wow... I WAS THOROUGHLY ENTERTAINED! Kudos to these homeowners, designers, builders, Mikey and the rest of your team Enes! 🙌🏾👌🏾👏🏾
This is the most perfect house. I absolutely love it. Like it was made for my family. The kitchen is perfect. My favorite part of the kitchen is the fact there are two sinks. Whenever I am cooking with my hubby we are both needing the sink at the same time. Such a beautiful home! Thanks for the tour!

No it’s not, there are plenty of others that are just as stunning. The only thing I don’t like is that this house doesn’t have floor to ceiling windows throughout.
The house is perfect for me. It has everything that I ever wanted and has incredible beautiful interior. Too bad the the price is a little bit over my small budget. BTW Enes you and your camera crew are doing a great jobs. You are an inspiration
My favourite detail of the kitchen is the sink area and window. Its just so beautiful!! The structure and layout of that kitchen is just to die for. And the zodiac light fixture!! So nice.
This porperty is one of a kind.The warm and comftable feeling everywhere, not to mention all the detailed layouts in design,construction,lightning,open source throughout the whole building on the inside as outside.The kitchenarea is beautiful,like everything else.Nothing has been forgotten about to give it a uniqe look and a pleasant.conviened use of the items.
My favourite fact about the kitchen was that the coffee maker was tactfully right by the breakfast table, so one wouldn't have to move too far when they've sat down with their cereal and need the morning cuppa.

I like the newly constructed houses, they are so crisp and clean, and very well constructed. My favorite part of the kitchen, is the refrigerator and freezer, the drawers cought my attention. Great showing guys.
The introduction music set the ambiance for the entire video/house. I enjoyed the vibe and flow through out the tour. The kitchen was stunning! The light fixtures were as well but my favorite was the astrological light fixture ( team Gemini ♊️🤩)! My favorite room was definitely the master bedroom/bathroom. The fireplace, mini bar, and tub is definitely the way to start a romantic night! Overall, the house was gorgeous! It gave me a bed and breakfast vibe. Also, I appreciate you pointing out the amazing details of the house. Some of those details could have been missed but you captured the house beautifully! 😍
I'm happy to see this style. It's based on Colonial, but has lots of modern touches--the lighting and sliding doors. No one could confuse that fabulous kitchen with traditional style. The modern houses were all starting to look alike to me. Thanks for your videos!

What a classically beautiful, warm home - incredible millwork throughout!! Love the dormers, the cupola, the beautiful backyard, the guest house! I’m tempted to say that after seeing the subtle tones of the antique brick (in the wine cellar and guest house), I think this home would have been lovely left as is - i.e. with the original antique exterior brick. Whether it’s exterior brick is painted or not, it’s a beauty!
Another beautiful presentation. The guesthouse is comfortably huge! If I were to become a visitor in this house, I will be compelled to ask the owner that my visits be extended. The swimming pool with automated cover gets my attention, as well as the exquisite landscaping.

This home is timeless. It is absolutely exquisite. The attention to details is in it self breathtakingly beautiful. The floors, ceilings, vent hood in the kitchen, choice or colors like in the office an master bedroom, all the brass, molding, outdoor barbecue ect... this home is magnificent.

I like the newly constructed houses, they are so crisp and clean, and very well constructed. My favorite part of the kitchen, is the refrigerator and freezer, the drawers cought my attention. Great showing guys.

The introduction music set the ambiance for the entire video/house. I enjoyed the vibe and flow through out the tour. The kitchen was stunning! The light fixtures were as well but my favorite was the astrological light fixture ( team Gemini ♊️🤩)! My favorite room was definitely the master bedroom/bathroom. The fireplace, mini bar, and tub is definitely the way to start a romantic night! Overall, the house was gorgeous! It gave me a bed and breakfast vibe. Also, I appreciate you pointing out the amazing details of the house. Some of those details could have been missed but you captured the house beautifully! 😍

I'm happy to see this style. It's based on Colonial, but has lots of modern touches--the lighting and sliding doors. No one could confuse that fabulous kitchen with traditional style. The modern houses were all starting to look alike to me. Thanks for your videos!

What a classically beautiful, warm home - incredible millwork throughout!! Love the dormers, the cupola, the beautiful backyard, the guest house! I’m tempted to say that after seeing the subtle tones of the antique brick (in the wine cellar and guest house), I think this home would have been lovely left as is - i.e. with the original antique exterior brick. Whether it’s exterior brick is painted or not, it’s a beauty!

This home is timeless. It is absolutely exquisite. The attention to details is in it self breathtakingly beautiful. The floors, ceilings, vent hood in the kitchen, choice or colors like in the office an master bedroom, all the brass, molding, outdoor barbecue ect... this home is magnificent.
Hi Enes and crew. You guys are shaping my taste. I was always more into modern houses but this one is wow! I also liked kitchen most here but backyard also cought my eye. And having a guest house is always nice feature.
