Break it down into smaller goals and achieve one after another. You will lose focus on the big goal and fail with adhd.

Being honest, the only form of dealing with ADHD that works in long term and can get you out of drugs that will damage your brain is doing something you love, make sense and have meaning. I have struggled enough, learned that the hard way.
I spent three days in silence, refocus myself at a monastery, re evaluated my life , no computer, t.v. or phone, meditation was/ is my goal during this time, came back different, knowing my priorities
Great advice. Being reliable enough for other people to rely on is definitely a motivation and a benefit to you and a source of discipline.

My advice to everyone is this : if you want to grow big this year especially in your finances. Be willing to make investments.
