Today's Special: Burger

Brioche, truffles, and wagyu look really good on a thumbnail. But no matter how fancy you get, sometimes all you want is a plain and simple burger. The drive thru is a convenient option when you're on the road, but sometimes the results leave a little to be desired.
Making a burger at home is just as easy as takeout and can be even cheaper. This episode is all about breaking down what we love in a classic fast food burger so you can successfully churn one out at home.
Kinda recipe for 2-3 people
ingredients:
one pound of 80/20 ground beef
one pickle + juices
one onion
American cheese(or whatever cheese you want)
ketchup
mayo
buns
1. Sauce is one part mayo to one part ketchup with a splash of pickle juice and some finely minced pickles. Season with salt and sugar to taste. Add optional dried dill and onion powder if you want a more In-N-Out taste
2. Toast your buns on medium heat with some butter and set aside when toasted to your liking
3. Ball, flatten, and fry your patties on medium high heat with a little oil in the pan. Season with a sprinkle of salt whenever you want
4. Sauce the bottom bun, and pile veggies
5. Flip the patties and add your cheese and top bun
6. Once bottom of patty is seared to your liking (about 2or3or5 min), remove from heat and place on top of bottom bun+veggies
7. Eat??? yeah... eat
