How to: Seiko Solar Capacitor Replacement

I walk through a capacitor change on a Seiko Solar watch. The model is a Seiko V157-0AS0. The capacitor used for the V157A inside this watch is a 3032 34U

I am struggling with keeping things in focus, sorry! I am trying to get it resolved so that I can keep the watch in focus throughout the video, so the camera doesn't try to make its own focus decisions! Don't give up on me! Lol Trying to improve one video at a time.
