As far as i know, motherboard dead issue is more prevalent (like 2%) in lenovo customised loqs. So my query is .... The loq you order(prebuilt) and the loqs which are customised might have different failure rate.
Lenovo LOQ ryzen 7, Nvidia rtx 4050, dead within one day completely not even booting up. Lenovo said motherboard is gone, ready to replace.
Aap apne taraf se warranty de sakte hai kya loq pe, humko lena hai loq i5 13 gen wala ???

Sir mera ek update aaya h lenevo loq me but wo 50% install ke baad apne aap cancel ho jata h aur phirse reinstall hota h.kya kru sir?

Bhai loq mother board dead issue ha please don't buy abhi mera laptop loq i5 12gen hx rtx4050 jo abhi two days hi hua tha liya hua or aj suddenly shutdown hogaya or fer on nhi ho raha ha or battery charging per bhi nhi lag raha ha please bhai logo iske btaoo me mat ana ya ap sab ko fudu bana raha ha esa pata kuch ha nhi ki kaya ho raha ha esa bus apna laptop sell karne hain

Sir mere Lenovo LOQ laptop mai by default display ka refresh rate 144hz hai...And voh change nahi ho pa raha...No other option other than 144hz in setting.
Any Fix sir ??

Mt lo bhai maine ek din usage krke return krdiya refund bhi milgya....bhai lenovo loq me hardware components bahut weak h trust me ....like idle state mein bhi fans chl rhe and ek clicking sound aarhi jaise internal components bahut weak ho...mere paas i7 13650 hx with rtx 4050 tha nd I returned main nhi chahta ki kuch months baad band ho nd main refund bhi na lepaau. Baki risk hi h itne paise lgake aisa laptop lena jisme issue itna major (motherboard) aata ho.

HX bahut bahut power draw karta hai company ko aur wattage wala Power brick dena chahiye tha only power brick se full wattage combined CPU aur GPU ko nehi mil pa raha hai magar haa agar old utna demanding jisme power draw utna nehi ho raha hai wo toh mast chalega
