I only watched Matthew Hurt twice this season, so from what I can tell that dude sucks. The sweep wasn't even that satisfying considering how terrible Duke was this season. Couldn't even give the Heels a decent game on senior night.

I was so pissed they stormed the court.
I think the court storming had a lot of other factors though. This game was delayed because of weather, and Duke canceling the bus ride over. A lot of pent up apprehension and excitment got to those kids. I agree though, UNC shouldn't be doing this kind of stuff.

I always thought that was a dumb complaint that particular North Carolina team hasn't had the success yet of past teams and those particular fans haven't either. The classes rotate every 1 in every four years especially from two years ago when that team wasn't very good.
Because Louisville beating UVA is far more important than UNC beating Duke.

All UNC home victories over Duke that resulted in fans/students storming the court. There is a slight history of this so IDK why ppl were acting surprised? Not only is there a slight history of it, but these were MUCH BETTER UNC teams than the 2013-2014 squad that defeated Duke at home so there should've been little to no surprise, yet they reacted in the same manner.
I was supremely irritated at Dickie V as well. In all of his mancrushness on Coach K, I guess (at his advanced age) he forgot about the Cameron Crazies rushing the court after needing a 40 foot buzzer beater from Dockery to beat an unranked Va. Tech at home in 2005. That Hokie team was 4-12 in the ACC that season...but whatever
