I’ve been doing well with this deck. Lycanroc is a nice plus but you need at least 2 Garchomp in play first.
That would be ideal.
And I use Rocky Helmet
Id try to work in the 151 Hitmonchan. It is a mini Lycanroc, it does 40 instead of 100. Plus its a one prize pokemon that can buy you more time.

@snipethebench love your videos, would like to make you a question, what deck of the none traditional meta decks than you show on your videos would you recomend me to take to local tournaments, in my area is plague with miraidon, rouring moon, shien-pao and charizards. but i really dont feel like playing any of those, would like a suggestion if possible pls. ty, love the Garchomp EX deck tho.
It’s whatever you really prefer to play and try and make better. I run different decks all the time to try and see if I can beat the meta. The fun part is going back and tweaking it based on your results. My next one I’m going to try is Arceus/Toedscruel/Shaymin. That one takes care of Roaring Moon and Charizard pretty easily.
In the sudden death you should have bossed the Darkrai to delay them so you could have gotten Garchomp for the win
Frenzied Gouging wouldn't give them the extra 100 damage because it knockouts without doing damage
That is correct. They only put the 200 damage on themselves.
