Paul - great job, from start to finish. I really liked the montage of all the build segments - very well done!
Thanks Ron! Mitch takes the credit for building the Montage....
Congrats DanB for the win!
Nice job on the trophy and the collab Paul and Ron. It was fun and interesting and I was one of your viewers that enjoyed the step away from the ordinary. Thank you!

Thanks Paul and Ron for this very interesting art fabrication collaboration 👍👍😎👍👍. I would certainly watch every collaboration either of you do in the future.
Thank Joell...
Awesome! That hair came back with a vengeance!😂
Congratulations to the winner! I love how it came out! Great work guys!!
Congrats DanB
Wonderful thanks to you both, and the lucky winner.
Hey Paul, if no ones made the comment yet, the difference between puppies and tube/tubing is the standard too which is built.
Pipe follows the Nominal Pipe Size standard where a 1/2" OD pipe is actually 0.840" OD, wall thickness can change but it only reduces the ID. 3" OD and larger, the OF actually matches size. Check Wikipedia, they have a whole chart for the sizes.
Tubing, depending on the material in some cases, follows a similar convention. Stainless steel instrument tubing (Swagelok brand), 1/4" OD is 1/4". That doesn't seem to change. Wall thickness again changes the ID.
Copper on the other hand is really weird. The nominal size is always 1/8" smaller than the actual size. 1/2" is 5/8", 3/4" is 7/8", etc.
Congrats Dan B !!!! :)
Well done to all involved , and Im sure Dan will be very pleased with the trophy,
We are all winners for watching , many thanks for showing us all the stages involved.

Nice sweater!! I love sweaters and that one looks good on you.
Saw my name go by! Congrats Dan!
Lucky guy!
Well, I did see my name in the random generator so at least I know I got a shot. 😂 Congrats to the winner! Interesting project for sure.
🎉🎉
Paul, do you have time fora smallish bike related project?
I need a stoker handbar extension for a tandem modified or rebuilt so it can take a diameter of handlebar other than the original 25.4mm
AWESOME job. Well done sir. Tell us about your ATC speakers in the background of your shop. Are you an audiophile?
Dan B is a Tool fan :-)
Hi Paul, sorry for the random comment but I have another question for you.
I recently started practicing brazing, and yesterday I also tried 55% silver filler for the first time. I found it much much easier to quickly get a strong, beautiful, smooth little fillet with next to no sanding required.
So my question is: Why is it not more common to build frames with silver filler? I know it's needed with stainless tubing, but I've never really heard of it being used to build regular nice steel frames.
Is it because most people prefer the look of bigger fillets, combined with the cost?
Because to be honest, financially, with as high as labour prices/taxes are here in Belgium I'd be better off using more expensive filler if it can save me time. (I'm personally also more into small fillets)
What do you think/know?
This was an interesting project. I appreciate something to get us viewers involved by giving us something to look forward to. Congrats DanB!
I am so happy that I got you guys to work together, even if it was just a small build, it's still epic and I am going to remember this forever..... Thanks Paul, Mitch and Ron, you guys are amazing. Keep up the great work and good luck on everything you do..... 😁🏆❤️👍
Congratulations for the winner! Dan, I'm looking forward to some photo of the place where you will locate your trophy.
And also congratulations for Paul and Ron for such interesting project. It was really fun to watch you guys working on each segment of the trophy.
PS. Paul, your haircut is amazing!!
PS2. Paul, regarding your next collaboration I'm sure that I'm not the only one who is voting for the project with Allen Millyard. That would be something!
All the best,
Matthew
So we should have commented on each video, and not just once?
