I watch these two almost every day. They are incredibly genuine and you can tell good people. I also love the back story that they really never listened to anything other than rap and hip hop growing up so almost anything outside of that genre is a brand new experience. Its also been fun to watch them grow in appreciation for certain things and being open to trying anything at least once and giving it a fair shake. Most importantly though is they seem like someone you want to be friends with and the more you watch them you almost feel like they become friends. I hope the keep killing it!!!

So many reaction channels are simply "watch me react". Whereas Jay and Amber put the music on at least an equal footing with them. They talk about their family and other personal things, which invites commenters to do the same. And you can tell when they really like a song or are moved by it in some way. I've been a subscriber since August and I'm always excited to get a notification from their channel.
the rob squad and harri best are my 2 favorite reactors. no phoniness from either and obviously love the presentation of bands you may not haver heard of and love the music. of course being 70 as i am - ugh - i have heard almost all of it and love to see the looks on their faces with the discovery of the amazing tunes that many of us grew up with.

I've been watching since before Amber joined Jordan as he was reacting solo, and before their third child was born, and have probably heard Jordan say "bass", "horns", "cowbell", "The Bee Gees" about 300 times, each. He likes what he likes. 😄 Amber has such a sweet and caring way about her. She's very open to so many types of music. She added so much more to the channel for me, as I really like her personality and humor, plus I find it boring for one person to react and "talk" to the viewers as if it's a one one one conversation. They talk about their family life, how they grew up and had such different backgrounds. I also watch their movie reaction channel.
I don't think you mentioned that they started reacting to movies as well fairly recently. The movies are even more fun because sometimes things happen in the movies that are shocking to them and it is fun watching them blush or look uncomfortable. They are so likable and enjoyable to watch either movies or music reactions and they deserve every penny they get.

So many reaction channels are simply "watch me react". Whereas Jay and Amber put the music on at least an equal footing with them. They talk about their family and other personal things, which invites commenters to do the same. And you can tell when they really like a song or are moved by it in some way. I've been a subscriber since August and I'm always excited to get a notification from their channel.
I wish them and their children all the success they have worked hard for. They are good folks and I love their reactions.

the rob squad and harri best are my 2 favorite reactors. no phoniness from either and obviously love the presentation of bands you may not haver heard of and love the music. of course being 70 as i am - ugh - i have heard almost all of it and love to see the looks on their faces with the discovery of the amazing tunes that many of us grew up with.
I'm a sub to their channel. What I love best is how genuine they are. No BS.

Great description of these two and their reactions. Even though Jordan pisses me off sometimes when he hates music I love, at least I know he's being genuine. Plus it's so clear they LOVE music and it is pleasurable watching and listening to music lovers describe and fall in love with new music.
I would like to add that unlike other reactors that don't talk about the song or music but tell you about their interests and their lives and it has nothing to do with the song or the musicians. Jay and Amber always stay on topic and are such lovely people

Watch them almost everyday. They've just set up in a new room/studio. 3 uploads a day/female friday etc. Also usually only one pause for a 'half time' reaction mid track which helps. Clear understanding of decades and genres. Excellent😊

I've been watching since before Amber joined Jordan as he was reacting solo, and before their third child was born, and have probably heard Jordan say "bass", "horns", "cowbell", "The Bee Gees" about 300 times, each. He likes what he likes. 😄 Amber has such a sweet and caring way about her. She's very open to so many types of music.
She added so much more to the channel for me, as I really like her personality and humor, plus I find it boring for one person to react and "talk" to the viewers as if it's a one one one conversation.
They talk about their family life, how they grew up and had such different backgrounds.
I also watch their movie reaction channel.
I don't think you mentioned that they started reacting to movies as well fairly recently. The movies are even more fun because sometimes things happen in the movies that are shocking to them and it is fun watching them blush or look uncomfortable. They are so likable and enjoyable to watch either movies or music reactions and they deserve every penny they get.
