Hello Rick, thank you for that video. :-) My daily commute to work is on that kind of road. If you get tailgaters while driving the speedlimit or flow of traffic, just ignore those drivers. If you have to slow down or even stop, because a vehicle infront of you wants to turn left and those 'nice' people rear ending you ....... Rickkkkk we got it fam I brought your coarse took a lot of lessons and when I say 1st try with flying colors geez and mind you I don’t have a car so just lessons from instructor plus your coarse and studying handbook , I’m so hype fam I’ve been watching your vids for at least 5 years blessings and good luck to everyone, oh and I took my test in NY 💪🏾

hi rick. so i know that youve traveled to and driven in other parts of the world. and you talked about how two lane highways are most fatal i ve been to many places meself. here in asia they call these country roads and i think brits call them this way as well. i mean why do we not have nationwide tolled highway layout with asphalt and guardrails/walls or whatnot in NA?(im canada born) these two lane roads function as arterial but they are slow with so much access from perpendicular side roads. i cant see them becoming not so fatal as you never know whos going to run a yield signat the next intersection
It all comes down to cost my friend. And in. society there is an acceptable level of road carnage that we are prepared to accept. Also, there is the short duration of traffic crashes and the myth that summer time is safe. Drivers are more terrified of inclement weather. The fact is that it's these kinds of highways where many single vehicle collision occur. I'm not sure that I have the answer my friend. It's a complicated topic. All the best, Cheers Rick
