hey, is GMAT necessary? or do some schools ask of GRE score? i am basically a BBA student so which one shall i opt for, GRE or GMAT?
It would vary from school to school. A good idea would be to check the admission requirement of the particular school you're targeting.

Is MS in Marketing Analytics a STEM designate program?
Depends on the school. The business school has to apply to the immigration department to get the designation. Most top schools would have received the STEM designation, yes. for a Masters in Marketing Analytics.
Is this applicable for BBA graduates as well?

Yes it is definitely applicable.
It is applicable for any under-graduate degree for that matter.

You absolute can do a STEM MBA with a BBA. STEM is about whether there are analytics in the MBA program and not prior studies. In fact, Swetha who is discussing STEM MBA in this video is a Bachelor of Commerce Graduate and she completed her STEM MBA

If you're applying to top schools in US, then a graduation score of above 75% is a good-to-have in your resume.

How can we benefit our developing country if we study STEM abroad?
Depends on the kind of STEM program you go for. There are studies that show what the most needed skills in each country will be - over the next decade or two. Equipping yourself in those skills and then choosing to work in your home country will be the ways to make sure the country benefits.
Ms finance include any mathematics or science subjects because its a master's of science
Probably will. However, it will be tied in to the world of Finance, for the most part. Please check each school's individual curriculum.
